Laura Molen
Laura Molen is an accomplished global media executive, strategic advisor, and board director known for delivering transformative results across the advertising and entertainment industries. As former President of Advertising Sales and Partnerships at NBCUniversal, Molen managed a $5 billion portfolio across television, digital, and streaming platforms including Peacock, the Olympics, Bravo, NBC News, and Telemundo. She spearheaded the launch of Peacock’s advertising business and established the Peacock Council, fostering client-led product innovation.
Molen brings deep operational experience, financial stewardship, and cross-sector expertise to the boardroom, with additional leadership roles at Univision, Viacom, Turner, and Paramount. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors at Audacy, Inc., where she supports innovation in audio, content distribution, and digital transformation.

She holds a B.S. in Advertising from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School and frequently speaks at global conferences, from CES to Cannes Lions.
